CLUBHOUSE
The painter, MPI, will be repainting some areas of the clubhouse within the next few weeks. The Men’s and Women’s Steam rooms are waiting to be inspected before painting is completed.

DALA CAFE BLUE CARDS
Due to technical limitations of the point of sale register at the cafe, DALA will be switching to a new POS vendor.
They estimate the new POS register will be installed within the next 3 weeks. However, until that time the blue cards will NOT be able to be used or reloaded.
DALA understands this is a big inconvenience to many residents but they are working quickly to get this resolved.
You will NOT lose any money that you have on the Blue card.
The HP Silver card, cash, and credit cards are still acceptable as forms of payment.
POOLS
The Main Outdoor Pool tile installation has been completed. It is now in the process of being refilled. The Indoor Pool is in the process of having the new tile installed.
WATER AEROBICS
Due to the roofing project being done in Phase II, water aerobics will be moving to the North Pool effective Monday, April 15, 2024. Classes are from 9:30 am until 10:30 am Monday through Friday. Only participants of this class can be in the pool at this time.
HPA BOX OFFICE – MOTOWNERS TICKETS
The box office will be open Saturday Evening at 6:30 pm – 7:45pm for last-minute ticket sales. There are a limited amount of tickets remaining for this show.
HPA ENTERTAINMENT – THE MOTOWNERS – SATURDAY 4/13 – 8pm
The doors will open at 7:15 pm and the show will start promptly at 8pm.
If you use a walker, please tag it with your name and seat number. An usher will assist you.
MAINTENANCE BUILDING
Slattery & Associates have completed the 2024 building code updates to our building plans. The plans have now been submitted to PBC for permits.
The Geothermal, Land Survey and Landscaping reports for the Maintenance Building have been completed. All these reports can be viewed on our website.

FPL – RATE DECREASE
A typical 1,000-kWh residential customer bill in April decreased by $6.81.
The same typical customer bill will be decreased in May by an additional $7.69.
