POOLS/SPA
The main outdoor and indoor pool decks will be power washed and sealed. We
are waiting for the vendor to give us a start date.
The dirt surrounding the main outdoor spa will be backfilled sometime next week.
This will allow for the awnings and screening to be put up.

HPA MAY 20, 2024 MEETING – SUMMARY
The Board approved the following motions:
To extend keeping the additional $2MM borrowed from South State Bank for an additional two months with a final decision to be made at the July,2024 HPA meeting.
To hire a Pool Consultant at a cost not to exceed $35K.
To hire a Recreational Court Consultant at a cost not to exceed $3K.
Theater rules discussion tabled. Rules already exist in the HPA Rules & Regulations Handbook.
A Night Out Club can change their outside planned events if the weather is
predicted to be bad no later than 10am on the day of the event if staff is available.
If this change occurs and a Food Truck is planned, they may bring the food into
the Ballroom only through the side entrance to the clubhouse.

RED/LIGHT BLUE OLD CAFE CARD REFUND – LAST NOTIFICATION
There are 63 residents who have not claimed their refund checks. Emails were sent out to all residents who were due these refunds. If your name appears on
the list below, you will be able to pick up your check Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 11:30am, starting Tuesday May 28th. Please go to the front desk, ask for Mason with reference to your refund check. To view the list of residents due refunds, click on the button below.

FITNESS STUDIO
All indoor Exercise classes are canceled for Monday May 27th. Water Aerobics class will be in session on Monday at the North pool starting at 9:30am. All exercise classes will resume on Tuesday May 28th.

MEMORIAL DAY CEREMONY
This will take place on Monday May 27th at our Flag in front of the Clubhouse
at 12 Noon. If you have a problem standing, please bring a chair.

HPA JULY 4th BBQ – SOLD OUT
If you have 8 to 12 ticket holders that wish to sit together, one individual in your group should email your completed list of names to Carol Donovan at cadonovan2929@msn.com. She will arrange a table for you.

On Monday, May 27th, take a moment to honor those men and women who sacrificed their lives so we may enjoy our freedom.
