CLUBHOUSE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PAYOFF – ONCE A YEAR OPPORTUNITY
If you are paying your clubhouse special assessment quarterly and wish to pay off your remaining balance, you have from June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024. Contact
Bonnie Parton at bparton@campbellproperty.com or call her at 561-350-1715. She will give you your final payment amount.

CPR/AED TRAINING CLASS – MONDAY JUNE 10th @ 10:00am – BALLROOM
This class is being given by PBC FIRE & RESCUE. Every resident is encouraged
to attend this life saving class. If you have taken this class previously, you are more than welcome to attend again.

CAFE – SEAFOOD NIGHT – SATURDAY JUNE 8th – CANCELED
The A/C unit in the cafe is not working at this time. The compressor is defective and needs to be replaced. This unit is under warranty. A new compressor has been ordered. The Cafe remains open serving breakfast and lunch from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

BOX OFFICE SALES – SUMMER SHOWS ONLY
Tickets for these two shows will go on sale at the Box Office starting Monday June 17th from 9:30am – 11:30am. The summer show tickets are $10.00ea. Please make your CHECKS payable to the HPA.

BINGO TONIGHT – 7:00pm – CLUBHOUSE BALLROOM
We have new games and easy instructions. Please arrive by 6:30pm
to purchase your cards and markers. Small bags of snacks are welcomed.

HURRICANE SEASON – JUNE 1st through NOVEMBER 30th.
Don’t wait for the last minute to be prepared. Stock up on non perishable foods, batteries, lanterns, flashlights, chargers, a portable radio, battery operated fans, water for 5 days. Make sure you have cash on hand and your car has a full tank of gas. No electric means No ATM or GAS pumps. Keep your cell phones charged. Waiting for the last minute to stock up on supplies can put you in a bind as stores struggle to meet demand when a hurricane is approaching.
