HPA OPEN FORUM MEETING JUNE 17, 2024 – SUMMARY An update was given on the following: Clubhouse and Cafe Fixtures, Billiards room chair railing, Pickleball Trophy case and Banner, Pre recorded announcement for the Theater, Maintenance Building permit, DC Construction severe weather preparedness schedule, Clubhouse Roof replacement project, Pool Deck and Spa, Villa Driveways Pondering repairs, Paving Lady Pretrial conference, Bliss Construction. The Ping Pong Club is requesting additional space and tables for their members. A request was made for a Water Fountain to be added in the main lobby. HPA NEW YEAR’S SURVEY The survey results are in. 172 residents picked a New Year’s Eve party. 138 picked a New Year’s Day Brunch. – SAVE THE DATE – TUESDAY DECEMBER 31, 2024. Details to follow.
