LOBSTER SUMMER

Lobster rolls and Lobster salads are being served Tuesdays to Sundays.

MAIN POOL

The Fans and Outlets have been installed under the awnings. Weather permitting the screening process will begin around the large awning area on July 15th. The vendor will start with the framing around the columns. If all goes as scheduled, the following week the screening will be attached.

POOLS/SPAS

The Board of Health was here on July 2nd. All our pools and spas have passed their inspection.

VILLA DRIVEWAY PONDING REPAIR

We are still waiting for PBC to put in the “Locate Markings” in the street in front
of those Villas that will be repaired.

HPA JULY 4th  CELEBRATION

There were 225 residents who attended this event. We would like to say Thank You to Carol Donovan and her Events Committee, Frankie Goldstein, Arlene Isserles, Marlene Kraut, Karen Levy, Lynne Linder, Lynn Leeds and Janis Spector for the many hours spent coordinating with DALA about the food, the set up of the tables, the great decorations and the music by Reminisce. A wonderful time was had by all.

BINGO TONIGHT – 7:00pm – BALLROOM
Join us tonight and bring a friend. Please arrive by 6:30pm to purchase your cards and markers. All money taken in is given back as prize money.

SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE – JULY 1 – AUGUST 1

There are many local children in need of school supplies. Please show your kindness by donating one or more of the following items: Boxs of 24 Crayola Crayons, Glue Sticks, Composition Notebooks, Erasers, Pocket Folders, Colored Pencils, Black Sharpies, Highlighters, #2 Pencils, Rulers and Post-it-notes. If you can’t drop them off at the clubhouse, we will make arrangements to pick them up at your home.

CLUBHOUSE ASSESSMENT PAYOFF

Six Homeowners took advantage of the once a year June opportunity to
payoff their Clubhouse Assessment.

THEATER ARTS GROUP

The TAG team is hard at work at rehearsals for their March 2025 production of Pajama Game. They are looking for several items: pajamas, sewing machines, Ironing boards, flat bed sheets and desk chairs on wheels. If any of these items are taking up space in your garage or home, please call Marc Jablon@ 561-213-6139 or text him MarcJablon9593@gmail.com. He will arrange for items to be picked up. Please be sure to save the dates of March 15, 2025@ 8pm and March 16, 2025 @ 2pm. Tickets will go on sale in November.

THE FOREVER STAMP

In 2021 this stamp was 55 cents. The price of first-class Forever stamps will
increase from 68 cents to 73 cents on July 14th.
