Good Morning Residents,

CAFE ANNUAL CLEANING
The Cafe will be closed for its annual cleaning on Monday August 5th and
Tuesday August 6th and will reopen on Wednesday August 7th at 8:00am.

MAIN POOL AREA
Delray Awning and Screens has started the process of installing the new screening around the large awning area. This process will take approximately 
two weeks to complete.

TREE TRIMMING 
Maximum Landscaping has started trimming the trees this week. Weather Permitting they expect to be in Phase II on Monday July 22nd and in Phase IV 
on Tuesday July 23rd. Please make sure you move your cars that are parked directly in front of the buildings by 7:30am on these days. This will ensure the bucket trucks can safely reach the trees in front of the buildings.

VILLA PONDING REPAIRS
The “Locator Markings” have started to be placed in the roadways. This will take several weeks to complete. Once this part of the project has been completed and we receive a confirmation of completion, we will be able to move forward.

LETS PLAY BINGO, TONIGHT – 7:00pm – Clubhouse Ballroom
Please arrive by 6:30pm to purchase your cards and markers. Friends and
Family members are welcome. All money collected is returned as prize money.

SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE
Thank you to those residents who have already donated school supplies. 
We will be collecting until August 1st. Donations can be dropped off at the clubhouse.

HEAT ADVISORY 
High temperatures and humidity may cause heat illness. Drink plenty of water
and stay out of the sun if possible. Wear light fitting and loose clothing.
