There are six villas on this street that need repair. REAR EXIT GATE – CLOSED The gate motor and housing unit needs to be replaced. It will take approximately two weeks for the new parts to arrive and be installed. The entry part of this gate remains operational. All vehicles will need to exit the community via Jog Road. HPA ENTERTAINMENT – WINTER SHOWS – TICKET SALES JANE CURRY – Sunday, January 5, 2025 at 8:00pm.THE BRONX WONDERERS – Sunday, January 19, 2025 at 8:00pm. Tickets are $32.00 per ticket, per show. They will go on sale on Monday, September 9th at 9:30am at the box office and online. For the above two shows, you will only be able to purchase two tickets per show, per unit. If you are purchasing tickets at the box office, please make out your check in advance to the HPA, indicating the name of the show in the memo line.
