To view the menu click on the button below. MAIN OUTDOOR AND INDOOR POOLS The new furniture has arrived for the main outdoor pool. We cannot open the pools until we have a voltage test. This is done by a third party vendor. We are still waiting for a test date. Something else we have no control over. MAINTENANCE BUILDING DC Construction will be starting this project on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 with the removal of trees that have been approved as part of our permit. There will be no access to the clubhouse through the back kitchen door until this project is completed. VILLA PONDING REPAIRS This will be a slow process especially now that the rainy season has finally shown up. The contractor cannot work when rain is predicted since he needs to pour concrete around the newly installed drains. Work started on Sunrise Pointe and is still ongoing. Do not remove the cones until removed by the contractor. HPA ENTERTAINMENT – WINTER SHOWS On Monday, September 9th, at 9:30am tickets will go on sale at the box office and online for ONLY the JANE CURRY SHOW. On Wednesday, September 11th, at 9:30am tickets will go on sale at the box office and online for ONLY the BRONX WANDERERS SHOW. The cost for these two shows is $32.00 per ticket. In order to give every resident a chance to purchase tickets, you will be limited to purchasing only two tickets per unit per show. You will not be able to purchase tickets for anyone other than yourself. If you are purchasing at the box office please have your checks made out in advance to the HPA with the name of the show on the memo line.
