To complete the repair of the driveway at 6243 Kings Gate Circle with paint to match the other driveways at a cost of $1400. 2. Larry Zabik our Owners Rep. gave an update on the Clubhouse close out, Bliss Construction, Main Pools, SPA and Maintenance Building. 3. Wayne Goodman, presented for discussion: Satellite Pool Renovations. 4. Serena Gonzalez, presented for discussion: Committee Procedures. DRIVEWAY PONDING REPAIRS The contractor has finished installing the drains on Pointe Pleasant. There is still one drain that needs to be installed on Sunrise. PBC will be returning to mark the locators on this street. They will also be marking the next set of streets.
