Please view the Maintenance Building progress photos below. GYM Again, we see residents not wiping down the equipment after they finish using them. We are asking for your cooperation in trying to keep each other healthy. Covid is spreading again. Be considerate of one another. After using the small weights, please return them to the racks where they belong. Do not leave them on the floor. LIBRARY We appreciate all the book donations from our residents. Our paperback and hard cover books are overflowing. We ask at this time that you hold off on any further donations until 2025. The local library and area hospitals take book donations. CLUBHOUSE POOLS/SPA There is no new update. The pool pump was hit by lightning. The Company that supplies the pump and service was hit by the hurricane. We are still waiting for PBC to issue our permit for the fence around the spa. CAFE OUTDOOR EATING AREA – STOP THE RUMORS There is no water drainage issue in this area. We are waiting for PBC to issue our permit to install the pavers. The pavers and furniture have been purchased. CARPORTS We are looking into repairing the areas that require the most attention. We are in the process of getting quotes for these needed repairs. BOX OFFICE HOURS – MONDAY/WEDNESDAY 9:30AM -11:30AM Tickets are still available for all our shows listed on our website. VILLA PONDING REPAIRS With rainy season (May-October) finally coming to an end in Florida our contractor is trying to install the remaining drains. This will take another couple of weeks. They just completed installing the drains on Waldwick Circle. BINGO TONIGHT – 7:00PM – BALLROOM Please arrive by 6:30pm to purchase your cards and markers. Friends and family are welcome. FOOD DRIVE This year again our food donations are going to the Jacobson food pantry/Ruth Rales Jewish family services and the Cros Ministries food bank. Both are located in Delray Beach. Our food drive is getting off to a slow start. Let’s try to make it easier for local families and seniors. EARLY VOTING Early voting will be available from October 21st through November 3rd from 7:00am to 7:00pm at the following nearest locations, Hagen Ranch Road Library, and South County Civic Center.Don’t want to mail your Vote-by-Mail ballot? Drop it off at any Early Voting location during early voting hours. SOCIAL SECURITY Social Security recipients will receive a 2.5% increase in their monthly payments starting January, 2025. This will also be applied to veterans benefits. However, gains will be offset in part by an expected increase in monthly premiums for Medicare Part B.
