NEW YEARS EVE 2024 – TICKET SALES – 11/4/24 – 11/8/2024 Tickets will go on sale starting Monday, November 4th at 9:00am until 11:00am in the Pre-Function room. Make your checks payable to HPA. The cost is $85.00 per person. Submit your table list of 10 attached to your checks. ( A table of 10 should have 5 separate checks). Two tickets per residence. BINGO TONIGHT – 7:00pm – BALLROOM Please arrive by 6:30pm to purchase your cards and markers. At our last game night, we had 75 participants. All the money collected is paid out in prize money. FITNESS STUDIO – CLASS CHANGE Jonathan’s Wednesdays 4:15-5:05 class has changed to 3:15- 4:05. FOOD DRIVE We started off slow, but ended with a WOW. A special THANK YOU to Barbara Kaplan and A Night Out Club for collecting donations of non-perishable food at their Halloween Event. To all the residents who took the time to come to the clubhouse with their donations, thank you again. You showed us how caring and compassionate you are to the needs of others. PBC TAX BILLS All tax bills were mailed out today. To receive a 4% discount you would need to pay this bill no later than November 31, 2024. ELECTION DAY – TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2024 If you are a registered voter in Florida, you can vote at Coco Wood Lakes Clubhouse located at the corner of El Clair Ranch Rd. & Atlantic Ave. TRUCKS & TRACTOR TRAILERS Trucks are not permitted on HP property weekdays after 6:00pm, on Sundays and Holidays. The exceptions are Federal Express, UPS and Amazon. Tractor Trailers are never permitted to enter our community. DAY LIGHT SAVINGS TIME ENDS – SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2024.
