| TO THE POINTE SUSAN LEVINE, HPA PRESIDENT NOVEMBER 8, 2024 Good Morning Residents, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY One year ago today we had 300+ residents at our Clubhouse opening day ceremony. We officially opened our doors on November 13, 2023 for our residents to enjoy this beautiful clubhouse. CLUBHOUSE – CELL PHONES Every room in the clubhouse has signs indicating silencing your cell phones. We have received several complaints that cell phones are ringing and calls are being answered as though residents are in their own homes. Please be considerate of others and place your phones on vibrate. If you need to take a call, please step outside the room to continue your conversation. CAFE – NEW MENUS Starting Friday, November 15th there will be a new menu for you to order from. The old large two sided menu has been expanded to a smaller four double sided menu with easy to read pages. It is divided into several sections. The Kids menu is included and the daily specials are listed on the back page. Dala has added some additional items at the request of residents. The menu will be available for your view as of next Friday on our website, under cafe. CAFE – THANKSGIVING BUFFET DINNER Reservations are still available. Call 774-634-9910. The menu is available on our website under cafe. HPA NEW YEARS EVE PARTY – SOLD OUT We have started a wait list. Any questions or concerns contact Carol Donovan @631-905-8612. If you are personally selling your tickets to someone else, you need to notify Carol of the name change. HPA SILVER CAFE CARDS These cards will reset on January 1, 2025 for $240.00 per unit. MAIN POOL/SPA The fence was installed around the new spa equipment. We are still waiting for Symbiont the manufacturer of our GeoThermal pool pumps to give us a delivery date for the main pool pump. MAINTENANCE BUILDING – Stucco of the outside of the building is completed. – Plumbing/Sanitary tie-in line has started. – Structural Cornice installation has started. – Roof materials are onsite. BOX OFFICE – THE BRONX WANDERERS – SOLD OUT The box office will take names for a wait list. BOX OFFICE HOURS – NEXT WEEK ONLY Monday 9:30am – 11:30am – Wednesday 9:00am – 11:00am.Tickets are still available for all our remaining shows. HPA CONCERT SERIES – TICKETS ON SALE – BRAVO AMICI – January 15, 2025 – OLLIE & THE JIVE SWINGS – February 12, 2025 – NIC & DESI – March 12, 2025 – BROWARD POPS ORCHESTRA – April 2, 2025 Tickets can be purchased at One Stop Shopping. The price for all Four Concerts is $120.00 per person. The price for One Concert is $35.00 per person. To read about these shows click on the button below. ONE STOP SHOPPING – OPENING MONDAY 11/11/2024 at 9:30AM. They will be located in card room #1 on the clubhouse lower level. You can purchase tickets (checks only) to the Clubs and Organization’s events, become a member or pay your current dues. You can also purchase tickets to HPA Events and the Concert Series.
