HPA BOD MEETING Agenda: – HPA Committee Procedures – Vehicle Barcodes – HP IDs/Key Fobs – Cafe Cards – Update on Satellite Pools,Tennis Courts & Pickleball Courts Please join us on Monday, November 18, 2024 at 10:00am in our ballroom and also via Zoom. https://huntingtonpointe.net/meeting-information/ MAINTENANCE BUILDING – The Plumbing/Sanitary tie in line has been completed. – Structural Cornice installation is completed. – A/C Unit has been installed on the roof. – Some outside doors have been installed. – A primer coat of paint has been applied to the outer walls. – The outdoor space surrounding the building is being graded. – The Fencing has been removed. This is still an active construction site. Please stay clear of this area. CARPORT REPAIRS Weather permitting the vendor will be on premises to start these repairs next week. These repairs will take a couple of weeks. If your car needs to be moved from your carport spot to complete a repair, we will notify you in advance. BINGO TONIGHT – 7:00pm – BALLROOM Please arrive by 6:30pm to purchase your cards and markers. Friends and family are welcome. HPA ENTERTAINMENT PRESENTS ** BEATLEMANIX ** Tomorrow night the show will start promptly at 8:00pm. We ask that you arrive on time. Seating will start at 7:15pm. Please have your tickets available for entry into the theater. If you use a WALKER please TAG IT with your NAME and SEAT NUMBER. Walkers are not allowed to be placed against the stage. An usher will take your Walker and return it after the show. Please follow the Theater Etiquette, which includes NO SHORTS. BOX OFFICE will be open on Saturday before the show from 6:30pm until 7:50pm for those who wish to purchase last minute tickets. Checks should be made out to HPA. Credit Cards are accepted. ORT AMERICA – NOVEMBER 19, 2024 – MEET & GREET This event has been canceled and will be rescheduled. ONE STOP SHOPPING – MONDAYS/WEDNESDAYS – 9:30AM-11:30AM They are located on the lower level of the clubhouse in card room #1.
