CLUBHOUSE
During our busy season, our card rooms often become crowded as residents engage in cards, mahjong and other table games. The noise level tends to rise making it difficult for those trying to concentrate on their games. Please try to keep your private conversations to a minimum. Keeping the noise level down ensures a more pleasant experience for everyone in the room.
Many residents have allergies and breathing issues. We ask that you refrain
from wearing perfumes/colognes/after shave in the card rooms.
Please DO NOT rearrange the furniture in the clubhouse lobby.

5:00pm – 6:30pm reservations are SOLD OUT. Reservations are being accepted for 7:00pm. If interested call 774-634-9910.
HPA ENTERTAINMENT PRESENTS**ELTON JOHN “ROCKETMAN”**
Tomorrow night’s show will start promptly at 8:00pm. We ask that you arrive on time. Seating will start at 7:15pm. Please have your tickets available for entry into the theater. If you use a Walker, please TAG IT with your Name and Seat number. Walkers are not allowed to be placed against the stage. An usher will take your Walker and return it after the show. Please follow the Theater Etiquette, which includes NO SHORTS.
BOX OFFICE – SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2024
The box office will be open to sell last minute tickets from 6:30pm to 7:45pm.
GYM
Residents please remember that the use of the GYM equipment
is at your own risk. We encourage residents to use caution while in the gym. We have rules posted on the GYM wall. By using these amenities, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and well-being, and agree to abide by the rules outlined for your protection and enjoyment.
SATELLITE POOL FURNITURE
Our new furniture is expected to arrive the middle of January.
MAINTENANCE BUILDING
Concrete apron and sidewalks have been poured.
Epoxy flooring in the restroom is complete.
Plumbing fixture installation is complete.
Landscaping installation has started.
All the Landscaping being installed is required by the PBC Landscaping Department.

Belated Birthday wishes go to Essie Nash of Kings Gate Circle who turned 100 years young on Monday. She had family and friends from around the country to celebrate this special day with her.
