CLUBHOUSE
NO SHORTS AT OUR SATURDAY & SUNDAY NIGHT SHOWS. If you have purchased tickets for friends or relatives please inform them of our rules. At our last show residents were seen eating candy,(wrappers on the floor) and taking photos with their cell phones.Residents, if you see something say something. Let us know the seat numbers. We will contact the resident who thinks the rules don’t apply to them.

HPA – NEW YEARS EVE PARTY – “OH WHAT A NIGHT”
The New Year’s Eve party presented by our incredible Events Committee was nothing short of spectacular. The ballroom was filled with beautiful decorations, setting the perfect tone for the celebration. The food by DALA featured a variety of delicious Italian dishes which also included a turkey and prime rib carving station. There were plenty of miniature, Italian pastries, and rainbow cookies for all. The entertainment was second to none with live music provided by FM BAND MIAMI keeping everyone on their feet, playing energetic tunes that had the crowd dancing all night long. Unfortunately, several residents did not stay until midnight. Those who stayed participated in the countdown and a champagne toast to ring in the New Year. The event was a true testament to the hard work and dedication of the events committee ( Carol Donovan, Marlene Kraut, Lynn Linda, Karen Levy, Suzanne Puleo, Frankie Goldstein and Arlene Isserles) who insured that every detail was perfect, making the celebration one for the books. It was a night filled with laughter, memories and that special something that only comes once a year. To view some photos, click on the button below.

MAINTENANCE BUILDING
Low voltage wiring is being completed.PBC Landscaping is requesting two additional Palm trees to be added. Final walk through is scheduled for Monday.

HOLIDAYS DECORATIONS
Please remember your holiday decorations need to be removed by Monday, January 13, 2025.

HPA – CLUB EXPO – JANUARY 11, 2025- 12NOON – 2:00PM
The expo will be held in the clubhouse ballroom. It’s your chance to join, to meet, to explore. Representatives of each group will be there to facilitate your sign up. See you then.

MAIN POOLS
Please remember to DRY OFF before entering the clubhouse.
Dripping bathing suits cause puddles and slippery floors.
We had mats to put down that the Fire Department would not allow. (Yes, you read that right). We have ordered new approved mats.
We have purchased an AED device with cabinet to be used for the main outdoor/indoor pools. We are waiting for delivery.

MAIN POOL – SAVE THE DATE
We will be having live Music by the Main Pool with DJ SALTY on Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 1:00pm-3:00pm.

FITNESS STUDIO – UPDATED SCHEDULE

WATER AEROBICS
Beginning Monday, January 6, 2025 Water Aerobics will relocate to its original home, the Main Outdoor Pool. Classes are Monday through Friday from 9:30am – 10:30am. When the weather is cold or rainy classes will be held in the Indoor Pool from 9:30am – 10:30am. The capacity for the indoor pool is 22 people.

BINGO TONIGHT – 7:00PM – BALLROOM
Please arrive by 6:30pm to purchase your cards and markers.Friends and Family members are welcome to this event. All monies taken in are returned to residents as prizes. We say thank you to Penny Schottenfeld and Joel Harbatkin who have run these games since 2003.

HPA – JANE CURRY SHOW” SUNDAY, JANUARY 5, 2025 – SOLD OUT
Sunday nights show will start promptly at 8:00pm. Please be on time. Seating will start at 7:15pm. Please have your tickets available for entry into the theater. If you use a WALKER, please TAG IT with your Name and Seat number. Walkers are not allowed to be placed against the stage. An usher will take your Walker and return it after the show. These shows are on Wednesday Nights at 8:00pm. Tickets are available for purchase at ONE STOP SHOPPING on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am -11:30am, located on the lower level in Card Room #1. Tickets are available for the following shows:

PARKING
The grass is not our new parking lot. This week three cars were seen parked on the grass. Two residents have already been notified about parking their cars on the grass. VOLUNTEER WANTED – PHOTOGRAPHER
We are looking for a resident who has two or three hours during the month to take a few pictures of some of our HP activities. Water Aerobics classes, Fitness classes, Billiards, Tennis, Pickleball etc. If interested please email jpadilla@campbellproperty.com.
