Our regular meeting will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025 at 10:00am when our Owners Rep. Larry Zabik will discuss the Maintenance Building close out. Our second meeting will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 10:00am when our Roofing Consultant Jack Brown and Associates will discuss the bids submitted for the installation of a new clubhouse roof. CLUBHOUSE The 2024 – 2025 HP Directory is now available for pick up from the Clubhouse Front Desk. Only one Directory will be issued per HP address and must be signed for. MAINTENANCE BUILDING A final walk through was conducted this week. DC Construction is now working towards closing out their final inspections. During this time they will be moving forward in getting us a TCO so we may start to empty our trailers and have them removed from our property. GYM Back by popular demand, Jason, from Body Wellness who instructed 161 residents last month on the proper and safe way to use our gym equipment will be returning to HP on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 through Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 10am to 5pm. Any questions contact Gloria Santolini @ 201-396-1022. SOUTH LAKE FOUNTAIN One of the anchors that holds the fountain in place broke off. The fountain started to float around the lake. We were advised by the maintenance vendor to turn off the fountain until they are able to do the necessary repairs. HEALTH EXPO – SAVE THE DATE – FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2025 The 2nd annual Health Expo will be held in our clubhouse ballroom from 10:00am – 12Noon. There will be many vendors present. This is a very informative event. Snacks and water will be provided as well as raffle tickets to those who attend. If you can give a little of your time, please contact Eileen Tucker @ 561-498-9858. FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT The Florida Public Service Commission has granted FPL an increase. The increase adds approximately $12.02 to a typical 1000-kWh residential bill from January to December. Rates will also increase slightly in February to pay for solar energy centers coming online.
