Good Morning Residents,

HPA BOD FEBRUARY 26, 2025 MEETING SUMMARY
David Zemlin, our insurance broker from IOA was present to update us on the March 1, 2025, renewal of our Liability insurance. Our property insurance renews on May 15, 2025. The Board passed the following motions:

To accept the Insurance proposal from IOA at a cost of $260,740 effective
March 1, 2025 with the exception of property coverage (which renews
May 15, 2025).

To ratify the accepted proposal from Cintas in an amount not to exceed $6000 through 2025 for the Cintas Xtraction Mat System.

Motion to ratify the accepted proposal from EWI, Inc. to replace the existing electrical panel and pull new wires at a cost of $6051.

Motion to approve proposal from RemDog in the amount of $9600 to clean all carports.

Motion to approve proposal for RemDog in the amount of $6250 to repair gutters and end seams on all carports.

OUTDOOR DINING
The installation of the pavers has been completed. Next week, the landscaping will be finished around this area. PBC will then do its final inspection of the outdoor dining area. The tables, chairs, and umbrellas will be delivered on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

OLD POOL FURNITURE
We have been asked to have another pick-up before the furniture is donated to charity. If you are interested, please send an email to JPadilla@campbellproperty.com with your name and phone number. Pickup will be Wednesday, March 5, 2025, between 10 am & 11 am.

NORTH POOL:
All the repairs have been completed. The pool is available for your enjoyment.
