Click here for Zoom Meeting Link HPA SPECIAL MEETINGS MAY 13, 2025 – SUMMARY The HPA Members voted unanimously to approve the Renovation of the three satellite pools. The proposed renovations include necessary structural repairs, resurfacing, equipment upgrades, safety enhancements, and aesthetic improvements at a cost not to exceed $1,125,000. Funds to come from reserves and the $2 million bank loan. The HPA BOD voted unanimously to approve the renovation of the three satellite pools. The HPA BOD voted unanimously to approve FM Pools, Inc. of Pompano Beach, to undertake the renovation of the three satellite pools. CAFE – Memorial Day Dinner – Saturday, May 24, 2025 Dinner will be served from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For reservations and to pre-order, please call 774–634 9910. CARPORT CLEANING REMINDER PHASE IV- TODAY – BUILDINGS 125 & 126 Cars left in the Carport may be exposed to water, cleaning products, and debris. PURCHASING ONLINE TICKETS FOR SHOWS When purchasing tickets online for theater shows, after you select seats for the initial show, on the subsequent screen on the right side, click on CONTINUE SHOPPING to purchase additional shows.
