| Good Morning Residents, JUNE IS AN EVEN MONTH Please inform your visitors and vendors that they need to park on the EVEN numbered side of the street. We still find that visitors are not following the odd/even parking rule. CLUBHOUSE – ROOFING PROJECT Jack Brown, our Roofing Consultant has informed us that the start of our roofing project is delayed. A new Florida Law requires us to have our roof inspected for asbestos. We hired a vendor recommended by our consultant to test the roof for asbestos. CREST ROOFING We have received our permits for the Clubhouse Roofing Project. There will be a slight delay in starting this project due to the need to have the roof inspected for asbestos as mentioned in the above article. Once we get the inspection report we will be able to move forward. The roofing tiles were ordered several weeks ago. CAFE – FATHER’S DAY BBQ NIGHT AT THE CAFÉ For reservations and to pre-order call 774–634–9910. This menu is available on our website under cafe updates. HPA SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 3, 2025 – SUMMARY The Board voted on the following motion: To approve the proposals from Fast Dry Courts, not to exceed $460,000, for the construction of three sub-irrigated Tennis Courts and 10 Pickleball Courts. This replaces the previously selected vendor PTSC Courts, with whom the association was unable to finalize a contract. BINGO TONIGHT – 7:00 PM – CLUBHOUSE BALLROOM Please arrive by 6:30 pm to purchase your cards and markers. Friends and Family members are welcome to join us. HPA MOVIES We are in the process of negotiating a contract with another licensing movie distribution company. We are hoping to resume showing movies within the next couple of weeks. CONCERT SERIES AND SHOW TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE HPA – MICHAEL D’AMORE SHOW – JUNE 7, 2025 – 8:00PM The show starts promptly at 8:00 p.m. tomorrow evening. Doors open for seating at 7:15 pm. Please have your tickets available for entry. If you use a walker, please tag it with your name and seat number, and an usher will help you. The Box Office will be open to sell tickets to this show from 6:30 pm – 7:50 pm. TREE TRIMMING Weather permitting, this will take several weeks to complete. Our landscaper has already started in Phase I and will then proceed to Phase III. They will move on to Phase II and finish in Phase IV. Before they start with the apartment building trees, residents will be notified in advance when to move their vehicles. HURRICANE SEASON – JUNE 1st – NOVEMBER 30, 2025 Hurricane season is underway. If you are a new resident or a seasoned resident to Florida, we cannot stress enough how you need to be prepared. Don’t wait for the last minute to get your supplies. You need to have enough items for at least three days. You should have some of the following items: Non-perishable food items, bottled water, batteries, flashlights, lanterns, cell phone battery chargers, battery-operated fans, and a portable radio. Your car gas tanks should be full. You should have extra medication. You will need some cash on hand. You could experience no electricity for several days. (No electric,No gas pumps and No ATM machines.) HURRICANE GUIDE Starting on Monday, we will have a limited amount of Hurricane Guides available for residents at the Front Desk. This small guide will give you information on how to plan, prepare and protect yourself during hurricane season. If you have the hurricane guide from last year, it is the same guide. Please do not take another one. This will give new residents the opportunity to receive one. REMINDER Residents are not authorized to contact vendors for pricing or to discuss contracts. If you have any questions about a vendor, please contact Chiara Stoner, our Property Manager. All our signed contracts can be found in your Campbell Portal under Documents/Contracts. GRANDPARENTS Those cute adorable young grandchildren of yours CANNOT be riding bicycles or roller skating on our Pickleball and Tennis courts. They CANNOT enter the gym or be jumping into the pools.
