| TO THE POINTE SUSAN LEVINE, HPA PRESIDENT JUNE 27, 2025 Good Morning Residents, MAINTENANCE & ASSESSMENT FEES ARE DUE JULY 1, 2025 JULY IS AN ODD MONTH Please adhere to the parking rules and regulations about parking on the correct side of the street. Remember: All rules and regulations apply to homeowners as well as their guests and visitors. CLUBHOUSE – ROOF – NO ASBESTOS CLUBHOUSE ROOFING PROJECT Crest Roofing is on the property today, setting up their staging area. Weather permitting, our roofing project will start on Monday, June 30, 2025. The roofers will be on premises between 7:00 am & 7:30 am on Mondays through Saturdays. They will start working at 8:00 am until Sunset. This project should take approximately 60 working days. Please remember these areas are Construction areas and there is NO TRESPASSING. CAFE HOURS – 8:30 AM UNTIL 2:30 PM Starting July 1st, two new LOBSTER ROLLS will be available daily. The Lobster Bisque and the Lobster Scampi Roll. Our New England Clam Chowder will also be available daily. HPA SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE – JULY 1st – AUGUST 1, 2025 There are many children in the Delray Beach area who are in need of school supplies that their families cannot afford to supply them with. Please help by donating one or more of the following items: Crayola Crayons (24), #2 Pencils, Pencil Sharpeners, Glue Sticks, Composition Notebooks, Erasers, Index Cards, Colored Pencils, Black Sharpies, Pocket Folders, Rulers, Post-It-Notes, Highlights, and Construction Paper. All items can be dropped off at the Clubhouse Lobby. MAIN POOL SPA Due to a pipe leak, the SPA ONLY will be closed from Monday, July 7th, until Sunday, July 13th. The SPA will reopen on Monday, July 14, 2025. HPA POOLS We are happy that you are enjoying our HP pools and Spa areas. To ensure that everyone has a safe and accessible space, we currently ask that if you move or rearrange any of the lounge or upright chairs, please return them to their original positions before leaving. The furniture is specifically arranged to maintain clear and safe walkways. This helps prevent potential accidents.
