| Good Morning Residents, COVID IS BACK Unfortunately, COVID is spreading through our Community. If you are not feeling well, have a sore throat, cough, or feel like you are getting a cold, please be considerate of others and DO NOT come into the Clubhouse, Cafe, or go to the sold-out Show tomorrow night. CLUBHOUSE ROOF PROJECT – FOR YOUR SAFETY Due to the roof replacement project, on Monday, 7/14, Tuesday, 7/15, and Wednesday, 7/16, The Cafe, Main Outdoor and Indoor Pools, the Side Entrance to the Clubhouse, the Pickleball, Shuffleboard, and Bocce Courts will be CLOSED. The Tennis Courts and Clubhouse will remain open. CAFE – RHYTHM CHICKS DINNER – SOLD OUT If for any reason, you are unable to keep your reservation, please remember to call and cancel. Seating is still available for dinner at 7 pm. For reservations and to pre-order, please call 774-634-9910. POOLS & LIGHTNING Florida is known as the lightning capital of the world. When there is a lightning alert of 10 miles or closer, it is not safe to be anywhere near the water, especially in it. Besides the outdoor pools, the indoor pool is not considered safe when there is lightning in the area. The risk of injury or electrocution exists due to the conductivity of water and a potential for electrical surges within the pool area. Even if lightning doesn’t strike the pool directly, a strike to a nearby tree, building, or power line can send dangerous electrical currents into the pool water through the building’s structure or plumbing. TREE TRIMMING This is just another reminder that tree trimming is still ongoing. Besides tree trimming, several trees in our community need to be taken down due to the fact that they are either diseased, dying, or dangerous. The landscaper is on the property sometimes at 7:15 am. Depending on how much work needs to be done, they might have to ring your bell for you to move your car at this early hour. HPA SHOW- THE RHYTHM CHICKS – JULY 12, 2025 – 8:00 PM Doors open for seating at 7:15 PM. This show is sold out and will start promptly at 8 PM tomorrow evening. Please have your tickets available for entry. If you use a walker, please tag it with your name and seat number, and an Usher will help you. Be considerate of others and arrive on time. SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE – JULY 1st – AUGUST 1, 2025 There are many children in Delray Beach who are in need of school supplies. Let’s show that we are a Caring Community. If you are going to the show tomorrow night at the clubhouse, this would be a good opportunity to drop off one of the items listed on the attached flyer.
