Good Morning Residents, CLUBHOUSE – ROOFING PROJECT The tear-off of all roof tiles has been completed. Tile installation is underway, with approximately one-third of the tiles already installed. Work on the flat roof sections is progressing. Another one-third of the flat roof is complete with flashing pending. Another one-third of the largest flat roof section is now underway. Weather permitting, Stucco repairs are scheduled to begin today. HPA BOD MEETING Please join us on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 10:00 am in the Ballroom and via Zoom. They have breakfast specials until 11 am and daily lunch specials. Stop by and try the two new lobster rolls. They now serve their delicious clam chowder daily. SATELLITE POOLS – CLOSURES As we begin to move forward with the satellite pool renovations, FM Pools will be on-site to perform pressure testing, which will indicate if there are any leaks at the pools. During this process, the pools will be closed. Once each pool test is completed, it will be reopened. We appreciate your understanding, as we work to improve our pools. Weather permitting, the pools will be CLOSED as follows: EAST POOL – Monday, July 21st. WEST POOL – Tuesday, July 22nd. NORTH POOL – Wednesday, July 23rd. WALKWAYS/ROADWAYS On Wednesday, vendors were on the property to assess walkway and parking space damage. You may notice several hot pink markings throughout the community. These indicate the areas that will be addressed during the upcoming paving project. The Association has sent the Engineering Reports to all companies invited to bid on the project. Once all proposals are received, the Board will hold a meeting to select a vendor. For the safety of all residents, some walkway areas will be closed off until everything is completed. We understand this may be an inconvenience, especially for our many active residents. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our community. SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE This year, we are getting off to a slow start. Please consider picking up some school supplies at your earliest convenience and dropping them off at the clubhouse. Last year, our community did a wonderful job, and it was greatly appreciated. Let’s not forget that there are so many children who need supplies. EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEMS – CodeRED The CodeRED alert system is used by the City of Delray Beach but is open to everyone in our region. CodeRED is a national emergency alert system that delivers updates from your local public safety officials, information on Severe Weather, Amber Alerts, and Road Closures in real time.
