NORTH & SOUTH LAKE FOUNTAINS Phase IV surrounds the North Lake, and Phase II surrounds the South Lake. The North Lake fountain is not working due to the motor being burnt out. The vendor feels the motor was hit by lightning. We have asked our electrician to investigate a surge protection system for the fountains. We will be looking into replacing the Motor at the North Lake, along with replacing the Motor at the South Lake. The Motor at the South Lake is old and is not performing as it should. SATELLITE POOLS FM POOLS was on the property on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week to check for Pool and Spa leaks. We should be receiving a report next week. MUNSON DESIGN CONSULTING Weather permitting, members of their firm will be on the property next week to start our surveying project. HPA ENTRANCE TRAFFIC LIGHT Huntington Pointe, in conjunction with Huntington Lakes, is working to have the left turn signals changed. We believe they are not functioning correctly, causing multiple accidents on Jog Rd. and North Oriole Blvd. We are in contact with the PBC Traffic Department and the PBC Sheriff’s Office. SCAMS Scammers are getting smarter and finding new, inventive ways to separate you from your personal, private information and money. They can pose as representatives from government agencies and well-known companies. The following are some ways to be prepared when scammers come calling. Block unwanted calls. Don’t share information. Hang up and call a number that is publicly listed for that caller. Don’t let them pressure you. Never give out personal information. Report them. If you encounter a scam, report it to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) @ ReportFraud.ftc.gov. ENJOY LIFE! Susan |
