Good Morning Residents, LABOR DAY is on Monday, September 1, 2025. It is a Federal Holiday to recognize the many contributions workers have made to America’s strength, prosperity, and well-being. There will be limited staff on the premises. SEPTEMBER IS AN ODD MONTH Please remember to notify your visitors and vendors to park on the ODD numbered side of the street. CLUBHOUSE Ladies, we ask that you refrain from flushing wads of toilet paper down the toilets. It caused two bathrooms to back up. CARD ROOM – REMINDER We do not allow the saving of tables in any of our card rooms. You cannot leave your Cards or Mahjong sets on a table and not be in the room. Residents have the right to remove your items and use the table. You can retrieve your items from the Front Desk. HPA WINTER SHOWS – TICKET INFORMATION Tickets will go on sale on Monday, September 8th at 9:30 a.m. at the box office, which will remain open until 1:00 p.m., and on our website. Tickets purchased on the website will be password-protected. Further Information will be posted in next Friday’s TO THE POINTE. Please check your emails next Friday morning. SATELLITE POOL PROJECT – NORTH POOL FM Pools has drained and removed the decorative tile and Diamond Brite coating from the North Pool and hot tub. The concrete foundation and all plumbing lines are being inspected and will be repaired or replaced as needed before new finishes are applied. Please do not attempt to enter the work area or ask the workers questions. Weather permitting, the pool work is expected to be completed by mid-October. HPA – FLU CLINIC – SAVE THE DATE Once again, Flu Vaccines will be available to residents who are interested in receiving them on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 NOON in the Pre-Function room.
