HPA – FOOD DRIVE – OCTOBER 1st – NOVEMBER 1st
Many families and seniors in our area who face food insecurity rely on donated food and local pantries to help stretch their budgets. We invite you to support our Food Drive by donating one or more non-perishable items. Please be sure to check the expiration dates before donating. Unsweetened and low-sodium products are especially appreciated. Together, let’s make this year’s Food Drive our most successful yet and show what a truly caring and generous community we are. All items can be dropped off at the clubhouse.

LAKE IDA HEDGE
We are pleased to share some good news regarding the recent code enforcement violation concerning the height of the Lake Ida Hedge. PBC Code Enforcement will be granting us an extension until July 1, 2026. This extension means that as long as the project is completed by the agreed date, the community will not incur any fines. This outcome will provide us with the time needed to plan and complete the project properly, while avoiding unnecessary costs.

WALKWAYS/ROADWAY
On Monday, Hector Page, Project Manager with Zabik & Associates, conducted an on-site review of the areas identified as having significant damage. He is in the process of scheduling site visits with the bidding contractors, representatives from Federal Engineering, and our Board liaison, Mike Mallen, to further evaluate the scope of work and next steps.
