| Good Morning Residents, CLUBHOUSE We understand the inconvenience caused by Elevator #2 being out of service. Unfortunately, we are currently waiting for a replacement part that is beyond our control. Some of these components are on backorder or must be sourced from overseas, which has resulted in an unexpected delay. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore the elevator to full operation as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued cooperation. CAFE – 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Enjoy our freshly prepared Daily Specials, Soups, or our convenient Meals-To-Go. Whether you’re dining in or taking home, the cafe offers flavorful options made with care for every meal. FOOD DRIVE Our food drive is getting off to a slow start, but we know what our community can do when we come together. Many families in the area rely on food pantries to get through difficult times, and every donation helps fill a plate and lift their spirits. Please consider donating non-perishable items, such as canned soups, vegetables, fruits, pasta, rice, cereal, and pancake mix. Even one or two items can make a real impact. All donations can be dropped off at the clubhouse. SATELLITE POOL RENOVATIONS Work is continuing this week at the North Pool. Shotcrete – a type of concrete that is sprayed at high speed onto surfaces-has been applied to the pool. Crews are also working on the Spa piping. Both restrooms have been freshly painted, and new faucets have been installed in the sinks. HONORS PORTRAITS PROJECT We are pleased to announce that the pictures from this event are now ready for distribution. Veterans may pick up their pictures on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, between 10:00 am and 11:30 am in the Clubhouse lobby.
