| TO THE POINTE SUSAN LEVINE, HPA PRESIDENT OCTOBER 31, 2025 |
| Good Morning Residents, I’ve been writing this column almost every week for the past three years, and by now, many of you know that I make it a point not to write about Politics, Religion, Clubs, or Phase matters. However, today is one of those rare occasions when I feel it necessary to break that rule and address an issue concerning Phase 3. As many of you may or may not be aware, there is a Resident in Phase 3 who has expressed dissatisfaction regarding their current Roof Assessment and the manner in which the Homeowners Association is being managed. Recently, several incidents have occurred involving “Red Hats” being left on Phase 3 Board Members’ property, as well as one found on Common Property belonging to the Homeowners Association. In addition, a note was posted on the mailbox of the Phase 3 President. While this behavior may have begun as a joke to the individual involved, the Association and Phase do not consider it humorous. These actions are being taken seriously. An official report has been filed with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. The Association takes the safety, respect, and well-being of all Residents, Board Members, and Staff Members very seriously. We ask that you allow the proper authorities and the association to handle this situation appropriately. NOVEMBER IS AN ODD MONTH This time of year brings more cars on the premises. We kindly remind everyone to follow the ODD-EVEN side of the street parking rules. This ensures that Emergency vehicles can pass safely and without obstruction. Please do not park on the grass. Replacing damaged grass is costly, and these expenses are shared by all residents. No overnight parking is permitted on the streets between 2:00 am and 6:00 am. Your cooperation helps keep our community safe, attractive, and accessible for everyone. CLUBHOUSE MUSIC You may have noticed that the background music in the Clubhouse is currently only playing in the lobby, and it is intermittently going on and off in some of the rooms. Our vendor will be inspecting the issue, and we will keep you updated on the progress. Thank you for your patience and understanding. CAFE – SEAFOOD BEFORE THE LOU GAZZARA SHOW Dinner will be served on Saturday, November 15th, between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. For reservations and to pre-order, please call 774-634-9910.
