| Good Morning Residents, CLUBHOUSE We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to the Events Committee for arranging the Honors Portraits project. This wonderful group of volunteers came to Huntington Pointe and photographed all our veterans who chose to participate. A special thank you goes to Carol Donovan and Sharell Murphy, who worked together to create the beautiful Veterans Display now featured in the clubhouse lobby. CAFE – SEAFOOD DINNER BEFORE THE SHOW SOLD OUT FROM 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Reservations are available for dinner at 7:00 pm for residents not attending the show. Motion to approve the following Contracts and Contractors for the Paving Repair Project: All County Paving – $105,774 Maximum Landscaping – $31,039 Zabik & Associates – 10,500 Federal Engineering – $22,021 Contingency (not to exceed) – $31,933 The meeting is available for viewing online. HPA – NEW YEAR’S EVE – SOLD OUT HPA – LOU GAZZARA SHOW – SATURDAY NOVEMBER 15, 2025 Doors open for seating at 7:15 p.m. This show will start promptly at 8:00 p.m. Please have your tickets available for entry. If you use a walker, please tag it with your name and seat number, and an Usher will help you. Be considerate of others and arrive on time. BOX OFFICE – SATURDAY NIGHT The box office will be open from 6:30 p.m. to 7:50 p.m. for last-minute ticket sales. ONLINE TICKET SALES Beginning Monday, November 17th, no Password will be required to complete your online ticket purchase. ONE STOP SHOPPING They are located in the lower level of the clubhouse in card room #1. Mondays/Wednesdays – 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. SATELLITE POOL – WEST POOL CLOSURE – DATE CHANGE FM Pools will begin to drain the West Pool and Spa on Monday, December 1, 2025. Please remember that this area will now be considered a construction zone. We remind residents not to enter this area. If you do, it will be at your own risk.
