Good Morning Residents,

CLUBHOUSE
We are still experiencing some technical difficulties with the music in a few of the rooms in the clubhouse. The vendor is actively working on resolving this issue.

On Thanksgiving Day and Friday (the day after Thanksgiving), we will have limited Campbell Management staff on the premises. 

There will be NO MOVIE shown on Thanksgiving.

CAFE – CLOSED THANKSGIVING DAY
A Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet will be held in the clubhouse ballroom starting at 5:00 p.m. for those who have reservations.

BINGO TONIGHT – 7:00 P.M. – BALLROOM 
Please arrive by 6:30 p.m. to purchase your Cards and Markers. Friends and Family are welcome. You must be 18 or older to participate.

HPA BOD MEETING – NOVEMBER 17, 2025 – SUMMARY
The Board approved the following motions: To accept the proposal from Ward Plumbing to replace the Toilets and Urinals at the three satellite pools with comfort-height toilets, all equipped with sensor flush valves. To accept the proposal from ATI Systems to replace the barcode reader at the back gate. To accept the proposal from Symbiont Service Corp. to replace the Spa Heater at the West Pool. To officially change the opening time of the Indoor Pool from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. To adopt a rule prohibiting Open Houses within the Huntington Pointe Community. The Board tabled an increase for three Platinum Security Guards until additional information is obtained. This meeting is available to view on our website.

ROADWAY/WALKWAY REPAIR PROJECT
On Thursday, November 20th, Maximum Landscaping began the first phase of this project in Phase 2 by cutting back the roots and removing all dead root material along the walkway. Once the areas in Phase 2 are completed, they will move on to the walkway areas in Phase 4.

HPA SHOW TICKETS 
Tickets are available at our Box Office on Mondays/Wednesdays. If you are purchasing tickets online, no password is needed. Sales are open to friends and family.

HPA NEW YEAR’S EVE – SOLD OUT
There is a waitlist for New Year’s Eve. If you would like to be added to this list, please contact Carol Donovan @631-905-8612.

LOLLIPOP LIGHTS
When the lights are turned on, our staff have noticed that some lights are out or that the globe is damaged in some areas. The globes are marked with tape so that maintenance knows they have to be repaired. Please do not remove the tape. When the light or globe is repaired, the tape will then be removed.

MEDICARE PART B – 2026
The standard monthly premium for Medicare Part B, will be $202.90 in 2026. That’s up $17.90, nearly 9.7% from $185 in 2025. The annual deductible for Medicare Part B in 2026 will be $283, which is an increase of $26 from the 2025 deductible of $257.
