CLUBHOUSE There is limited Staff available on the premises today. CLUBHOUSE PARKING Please be reminded that no parking is permitted in front of the clubhouse. This area is designated as a Fire Lane, and parking is strictly prohibited. Any vehicle parked in this area will be subject to a violation sticker being placed on the window. Parking or standing in the Gray tile area is also prohibited. These tiles were a significant investment, and vehicle tires, leaks, and stains permanently damage the finish. HPA EVENT – MUSIC AT THE MAIN POOL – MUSIC BY ELILO Sunday, November 30, 2025 – 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. SATELLITE POOL RENOVATIONS – WEST POOL The West Pool project will start with the closing of this pool on Monday, December 1st. FM Pools will begin this project by first draining the Pool and Spa. The Pool, Spa, Deck, and Bathrooms will be closed to residents. The guest and handicap parking spaces adjacent to the West Pool will also be closed off. This area will be a construction zone, and NO Trespassing is permitted. If you enter this area, you do so at your own risk. ROADWAY/WALKWAY REPAIR PROJECT All County Paving will start this project on Monday, December 1st, with the walkway areas. Please note that barriers will be placed to prevent pedestrian access. Do not walk in these restricted areas for your safety and to avoid disruption of the project. Thank you for your cooperation. After these areas are completed, they will move on to the parking spaces that are marked with iridescent paint. You will be notified in advance if your car needs to be moved. HOLIDAY DECORATIONS Decorations can be put up starting today, Friday, November 28th. To view the rules on Holiday Decorations, click on the button below. ONE STOP SHOPPING MONDAYS/WEDNESDAYS 9:30 am – 11:30 am They are located on the lower level of the Clubhouse in Card Room #1. You can purchase tickets to all HPA, Club, and Organization events. Checks only. No cash accepted. POOLS – TEMPERATURE Each year, we experience recurring concerns during periods of cold weather regarding the pool water temperature. The heat pumps operate on an automatic system, and it is not possible to initiate the heating process earlier. Following a cold night-generally when temperatures fall below 70°, it requires several hours for bodies of water of this size to return to the desired temperature. When temperatures drop below 60/50°, the reheating period is extended even further. GYM – CLASS DEMONSTRATION OF EQUIPMENT Jason, from Body Wellness, will be returning to H.P. on December 15th and December 16th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., to teach how to best utilize the gym equipment. There are sign-up sheets available at the Front Desk. Please sign up for whichever equipment you would like to learn more about. These will be group sessions. All questions will be answered after the demonstration of the equipment is over. If you have any questions, please contact Gloria Santolini at 201-396-1022. PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT If you’re looking to take the 4% deduction on your Tax Bill, your payment must be received at the Tax Commissioner’s office no later than December 1, 2025. Enjoy Life!
