HPA BOD MEETING DECEMBER 15, 2025 – SUMMARY The HPA Board voted on the following motions: To ratify the approved proposal from Wards Plumbing to replace the Toilets (with manual flushers) and the Urinals with (automatic flushers) at the North, East, and West pools. To approve Platinum Security’s proposed rate increase for the Supervisor, Gatehouse, and Clubhouse guards. This increase is already calculated in the 2026 budget. HPA – TURNSTILES SHOW – SATURDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2025 Doors will open for seating at 7:15 p.m. This show is SOLD OUT and will start promptly at 8:00 p.m. Please have your tickets available for entry. If you use a walker, please tag it with your name and seat number, and an Usher will help you. Be considerate of others and arrive on time. HPA SHOW – NEW JANE CURRY SHOW – BOX OFFICE Tickets will go on sale at the Box Office and Online on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The box office will remain open until 12 noon. BOX OFFICE HOLIDAY HOURS The Box Office will be open on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon and again on Monday, December 29, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. CONCERT SERIES TICKETS – PICK UP ONLY – BOX OFFICE Residents who have already paid for their tickets in advance may pick them up at the Box Office on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Friday, December 26, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You may also pick up prepaid tickets and purchase additional tickets to the Concert Series on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon. NO MOVIE ON CHRISTMAS DAY – THURSDAY, DECEMBER 25, 2025 GYM Children under 16 years of age are NOT allowed in the gym. A total of 43 residents took advantage of how to use the gym equipment class. We will be scheduling another week in January to have Jason, the gym instructor, back for another session. You will be notified in advance. SATELLITE POOL RENOVATIONS FM Pools will not be on the premises on Christmas & New Year’s Day. ROADWAY/WALKWAY REPAIR PROJECT Due to the holiday season, the Asphalt providers are closed. All County Paving will return to H.P. in January. COYOTE ACTIVITY Coyotes have recently been seen within our community, as well as in surrounding neighborhoods. While encounters are uncommon, residents are encouraged to take precautions to avoid attracting wildlife. Secure garbage cans tightly and avoid leaving food outdoors. When walking at night, use a flashlight to increase visibility. If you have an ESA or Service animal, keep them on a short leash at all times. Never approach or attempt to feed a coyote If you observe concerning behavior or have questions about wildlife activity, please contact the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission at 1-888–404–3922.
