Huntington Pointe

TO THE POINTE 01/30

Good Morning Residents,

Our Clubhouse and Common Property belong to all of us, and keeping them in good condition is a shared responsibility. We understand that accidents happen; however, taking responsibility when they do is not optional—it is part of living in a community. On Saturday night, a decorative Vase on a lobby table was broken and left on the floor. In addition, a street sign and a small palm tree were knocked down near the entrance to building 117 on Royal Vista Drive. The responsibility and respectful action in situations like these is to notify management so the damage can be properly addressed, not to leave it for others to discover. These should be simple, common-sense decisions.
We also continue to see ongoing issues in the Card Rooms despite repeated reminders. Food and Drinks (Ballroom Only) other than water are not permitted, yet candy wrappers are regularly left on the floor, and soda, including colored drinks, are spilled on the carpet. This causes permanent staining, damage, and unnecessary replacement costs that ultimately affect everyone in the community. It is time for each of us to take a moment to reflect on how our actions impact our neighbors and our shared property. Please treat the Clubhouse and Common property with the same care and respect you would expect in your own home. Thank you for your cooperation in helping to keep our community something we can all be proud of.

PARKING
This is a friendly reminder that each parking space is clearly marked with lines on both right and left sides, and the concrete wheel stop (car bump) at the front of the space. When parking, please pull straight into your space and as close to the wheel stop as possible, while remaining within the painted lines. Parking over the lines prevents neighboring residents from using their spaces, and not pulling in far enough can cause your vehicle to extend into the driving lane, making it more vulnerable to accidental damage. This courtesy also applies to all common area parking throughout the community, including the clubhouse, pool, and recreational areas. Vehicles must be parked properly within the marked spaces in these areas as well, so access remains safe and convenient for everyone. These simple steps help protect vehicles and allow all residents and guests to enjoy our shared amenities.

LIBRARY REMINDER
The Library is intended to be a quiet and comfortable space for everyone to enjoy reading and computer use. To help keep this atmosphere, the tables and chairs are NOT available for card games, Mahjong, or other gameplay.

FEBRUARY IS AN EVEN MONTH

NORTH POOL
We understand many of you have been waiting patiently for the North Pool to open, and we appreciate your continued patience. The pool has successfully passed its required health inspection, which was the final inspection needed.
At this time, there are a few remaining items for our pool consultant to review to ensure everything is operating properly. Once those final details are completed, we will promptly notify the Community of the official opening date. In the meantime, our other pools remain open and available for use. To date, management has not received any complaints regarding a lack of seating, lounge availability, or space to swim at the open pools. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we complete the final steps to open the North Pool safely and properly.

COMMUNITY SHREDDING DAY – TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2026
We will be hosting a community shredding day from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in the main parking lot opposite the Clubhouse. There will be individuals present to guide you. Vehicles will line up, and for everyone’s safety and convenience, please place the items you want shredded in boxes or bags in the trunk of your car. A maximum of four(4) boxes/bags per vehicle will be accepted. When it is your turn, you will open your trunk, and the vendor will remove the boxes/bags and place the contents directly into the shredder. Thank you for your cooperation.
