PICKLEBALL AND TENNIS COURTS The Pickleball and Tennis court Windscreens will be lowered within the next few weeks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. WATER RESTRICTION In accordance with South Florida Water Management District guidelines, irrigation throughout the community has been reduced. As a result, you may see brown spots and dry patches throughout the property. These conditions are normal and expected during the adjustment period. Healthy turf and Landscaping are resilient and will recover as weather conditions improve and seasonal rainfall increases. POOLS & SPAS If you are enjoying our beautiful pools/spas and see dark clouds along with hearing thunder, you must leave the area immediately.
