Committee members spend countless hours researching, visiting venues, and evaluating entertainment options-often at their own personal expense-to ensure we provide quality performances for our Community. While we understand that not every show will appeal to everyone, we strive to offer a variety of entertainment throughout the year. One policy that is not open to interpretation is our Dress Code. “NO SHORTS” means NO SHORTS. This policy applies to everyone, regardless of gender. We respectfully ask residents and guests to refrain from wearing shorts or overly casual attire that is not appropriate for the event. We are fortunate to enjoy strong attendance and frequently sell out our shows. Many communities struggle to sell enough tickets to cover their entertainment cost, but HPA has been very successful. We also welcome guests from neighboring communities, whose ticket purchases help support our entertainment program. As always, HPA residents receive priority when purchasing tickets. We appreciate your support and cooperation, helping us maintain a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE – JULY 1st – AUGUST 1, 2026 There are many children in the Delray Beach area who need school supplies that their families cannot afford to supply them with. Please help by donating one or more of the items listed on the flyer attached. Please click on the button below. All items can be dropped off at the Clubhouse lobby. CARD ROOMS We kindly ask that, before leaving card rooms, you return all chairs to their original locations. Please do not leave chairs blocking aisles or extra chairs at tables. Your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and orderly environment is greatly appreciated. HPA POOLS To ensure that everyone has a safe and accessible space, we currently ask that if you move or rearrange any of the lounge or upright chairs, please return them to their original positions before leaving. The furniture is specifically arranged to maintain clear and safe walkways. This helps prevent potential accidents. HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS To help protect residents and property during hurricane season, all residents of Villas and First-Floor apartment units are required to remove decorative items and other personal property from common areas upon the issuance of a tropical storm or hurricane watch or warning. If such items are not removed by the resident, and the Association must arrange for their removal, the cost of removal will be assessed back to the resident. Unsecured items may become airborne during high winds and can cause damage to neighboring units, vehicles, landscaping, and common property. Residents will be held responsible for any damage resulting from items that are not properly secured or removed Thank you for your cooperation and for helping maintain the safety of our community.
