Happy Independence Day! HPA – Limited Staff on Premises Today Limited staff will be on the property today. No Bingo Tonight There will be no Bingo tonight. Café – Open July 4th The Café will be open on Saturday, July 4. HPA – July 4th BBQ Celebration – 5:00 p.m. Residents attending the celebration—we hope you have a wonderful time! Pickleball/Tennis Courts – Permits Approved We are pleased to announce that Palm Beach County has officially issued the required permits. Weather permitting, this project will begin with the installation of the new pickleball courts in mid-to-late August and is expected to take approximately four weeks. We will continue to share updates, timelines, and project details as they become available. Clubhouse & Main Pool/Spa The Clubhouse and Main Pool/Spa will be closed Monday, July 27, through Sunday, August 9. The Clubhouse and Main Pool/Spa will reopen on Monday, August 10, at 8:00 a.m. Please call the Clubhouse if you have a problem or concern during this time. Campbell Property Management staff will be available to assist you. Apartment residents requiring A/C maintenance should note that a roof key will be available at the Clubhouse for their service vendor. School Supply Drive – July 1 – August 1. Many children in Delray Beach are in need of school supplies. A list of needed supplies can be found in the latest edition of our Lifestyle newsletter, on our website, and at the Clubhouse front desk. Donations may be dropped off at the Clubhouse. Tree Trimming Tree trimming has begun and is expected to take several weeks to complete. Our landscaping contractor, Maximum Landscaping, is required to follow Palm Beach County tree trimming guidelines and all applicable county codes. While we understand that some residents would like their trees trimmed more extensively or have specific branches or trees removed, our contractor must perform all work in accordance with these regulations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this work is completed. Please review the attached Palm Beach County Tree Trimming Guidelines, which outline the standards our landscapers are required to follow. PBCWUD – Water System Flushing – July 5 – July 25 To deliver the highest quality drinking water, the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD) requires periodic line flushing and temporary treatment modification. From July 5 through July 25, PBCWUD will be using free chlorine instead of chloramine for water treatment. This is only temporary, and the water remains safe to drink.
