HPA SHOW – SOULTASTIC  – SATURDAY, JULY 25, 2026 – 8:00 PM

CLUBHOUSE – Our Clubhouse will serve as an official Polling Place for both the August 18 Primary Election and the November General Election. New Voter Information Cards are being mailed to every registered voter in Palm Beach County.

SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE – We are off to a slow start, and we could really use your support. Many children in our area can’t afford the basic supplies. Every donation, big or small, helps give a student the tools they need to learn and succeed. Thank you for making a difference.

CLUBHOUSE – CLEANING – CLOSED – July 27 – August 9, 2026. Campbell Management Staff will be on the premises.

CAFE – CLEANING – CLOSED – July 27 – August 2, 2026

HURRICANE SEASON – Hurricane season is underway and does not end until November 30, 2026. If you are a new resident or a seasoned resident of Florida, we cannot stress enough how you need to be prepared. Don’t wait until the last minute to get your supplies. We have a limited number of hurricane guides available for residents at the Front Desk. This small guide will give you information on how to plan, prepare, and protect yourself during hurricane season. We encourage residents to stop by and pick one up.

TREE TRIMMING UPDATE – Tree trimming is currently underway, with Maximum Landscaping working in the Villa areas. Once the areas in Phase 1 and Phase 3 are completed, the crew will move on to the Building areas, beginning with Phase 2 and completing this project in Phase 4. Residents in Phase 2 and Phase 4 will receive advance notice before work begins, as vehicles will need to be moved from in FRONT of the buildings to allow the landscapers to complete the tree trimming. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to keep our community safe, beautiful, and well-maintained.
