CLUBHOUSE
The permits for the Indoor and Main pool were issued. Mako will begin demolition starting with the indoor pool on the week of March 4th.
Someone broke a dressing room door in the men’s locker room. The glass shattered on the floor and they just left it for someone else to find. Accidents can happen. But it should have been reported at the front desk.
The A/C has been adjusted in the card rooms and in the restrooms.
We are working on adjusting the air temperature in the ballroom.
The chairs in the card rooms are for sitting on. Please Do Not place Mahjong caring cases and other items on them.

TRAILERS
Three small trailers have been removed from the back of the clubhouse. We still have one small trailer left. This trailer should be removed by the end of next week. We will still have three large trailers remaining until the Maintenance Building is finished.
PAVING LADY UPDATE
On Monday, February 19th, a deposition was taken by Engenuity and Paving Lady.
Hal Pugach represented Huntington Pointe. All deposition proceedings are kept confidential and are not reported to us. This deposition had been postponed several times and I forgot to mention it at our HPA meeting on Monday. At our December 18, 2023 HPA meeting, I gave an update that our attorney Andy Wyman had asked the court to have a Case Management Conference. The court is now involved in having all parties schedule their dates to finish up all depositions. They will either have a mediation conference or get ready for trial. This should happen in early summer.
DRIVEWAY PONDING REPAIRS
We are trying to get this project underway before the rainy season is upon us. We were in contact with our attorney Andy Wyman’s office last Friday. Paving Lady has the right to be on the premises when these repairs are being done. We are waiting for them to arrange some dates to be on the premises. We cannot move forward until we get the go-ahead from our attorney.
FITNESS STUDIO
Dimmer mood lighting was installed on Thursday to help with yoga classes when the main bright lights are off. The controller is on the wall by the TV. More lights will be installed next week.
