TO THE POINTE SUSAN LEVINE, HPA PRESIDENT MARCH 22, 2024 Good Morning Residents CLUBHOUSE The Sound Panel installation has been completed in the Fitness Studio.The Billiards club approved the additional ceiling lights that were installed over one table as a test. The installation of the additional lights over the rest of the tables will be completed in the next few week CAFE – LAND & SEA DINNER – TOMORROW NIGHT 5:00pm – 7:00pm Call Jeff for reservations @ 774-634-9910. MAIN POOL The pool was drained, new coping was installed and new tile is being installed on the outside rim of the pool. MAKO is waiting for additional deliveries of ordered tile and Diambrite. HPA March 21, 2024 MEETING – SUMMARY Our new HPA Treasurer is Steve Rivenson of Phase III. The Board approved the following Motions:To purchase an addition AED unit for the GYM from Cintas for $1,668.To purchase an additional Water Cooler from Cintas @ $51/Mo. for the top floor of the clubhouse.To accept Associated Reserves three year proposal to do our Reserve Study. The total expense for the three years will be $15,058. A video of this meeting is available on our website. HPA March 21, 2024 MEETING CORRECTION. Harvey Shapiro, President of Phase IV was named as a member of the Executive Committee in error. The Executive Committee members are: Phyllis Sandler, Wayne Goodman, Mary Rudnick, Steve Rivenson and myself. PICKLEBALL – CONGRATULATIONS! The HP Pickleball Team 1 ranked 2nd place in their division of the Palm Beach County Pickleball League 2023-2024 season. The team was presented with a beautiful trophy at the annual league awards luncheon at the Fountains Country Club. BOX OFFICE HOURS – WEDNESDAY 3/27 & FRIDAY 3/29 – 9:30am – 11:30am FIRE SAFETY CLASS – THURSDAY MARCH 28th @ 10:00am – BALLROOM A member of the PBC Fire Rescue Educational Department will be giving this class on Fire Safety. Some topics to be discussed will be alarms, escape plans, electrical and cooking fires. Please register at the front desk.
