CAFE SUMMER HOURS – MAY 1, 2025 – 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM HPA BOD APRIL 21, 2025 MEETING SUMMARY The Board approved the following motions: To accept the proposal from Strictly Doors in the amount of $15,715.09 to replace the last 6 door frames and adjust all doors and closers. To approve an engineering firm at a cost not to exceed $10,000, to evaluate and provide a written report detailing appropriate methods for repairing the association’s damaged roads and walkway areas. To approve the renovation of 3 Tennis courts using Har-Tru Sub-irrigated technology (Hydro Courts). To approve the proposal from PTSC Courts to build 3 Sub-Irrigated Tennis courts and 10 Pickleball courts at a cost not to exceed $425,000. T MAIN POOL – CLOSURE On Tuesday, May 6th the Main Pool will be CLOSED from 7:00 am until Wednesday, May 7th at 7:00 am. Our pool vendor will be re-grouting several areas of pool tile. CARPORT CLEANING – MAY 5, 2025 – MAY 9, 2025 You will be notified in advance when your carport area will be cleaned.
