HURRICANE SEASON
Florida’s hurricane season is becoming more unpredictable. Last year, we had two back-to-back storms in September and early October. Being proactive and prepared is the only way to protect yourself. You should have an emergency kit with essential supplies, non-perishable food, water, a first aid kit, flashlights, batteries, extra phone chargers, and extra medication. Keep cash on hand and your gas tank full. No electricity means NO Banks, ATMS, or working Gas Pumps.

HURRICANE PROCURES/VILLAS/FIRST FLOOR APARTMENTS
Villa and First Floor Unit owners are responsible for removing all personal items from their front yards, patios, and driveways, including decorations that are on the Villa walls. In the event of high winds or severe weather, unsecured items can become dangerous projectiles, potentially causing damage to other units or property. Please remember that any damage caused by items from your unit will be the responsibility of the homeowner. Taking a few minutes to bring your items inside helps protect not only your property but also your neighbors and our community as a whole.

Enjoy Life!
