Good Morning Residents, MAINTENANCE & ASSESSMENT FEES ARE DUE OCTOBER 1, 2025 OCTOBER IS AN EVEN MONTH MAIN ENTRANCE We are pleased to share some good news regarding Traffic Safety at our main entrance. After working closely with Huntington Lakes, the Palm Beach County Traffic Division, and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, we have been informed that the traffic signals at our main entrance will be adjusted. At this time, we have not yet been given a timeline for when the new signal changes will take effect. However, we will update the community as soon as more information is provided. CAFE – NEW HOURS EFFECTIVE – 10/1/2025 – 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. CAFE Gift cards make it easy to show your appreciation. HONORS PORTRAITS We are proud to share that 25 of our veterans participated in the Honor Portrait event, where photographs were taken to commemorate their service to our country. We extend our gratitude to the local photographers and volunteers who made this meaningful tribute possible. A special Thank You to our Events Committee for organizing this wonderful opportunity to honor those who have served our country. These portraits will be on display in our lobby on Veterans Day, and we invite everyone to stop by and view them. HPA – FLU CLINIC – UPDATE This year’s Flu Clinic was a great success with 100 residents receiving Flu, Pneumonia, and Shingles vaccines. Unfortunately, COVID-19 vaccines were not available due to a CDC delay. Thank you to Karen Bleier for organizing this event. Please mark your calendars and SAVE THE DATE for next year’s Flu Clinic: Thursday, September 24, 2026. HPA – FOOD DRIVE – OCTOBER 1st – NOVEMBER 1st Many families and seniors who experience food insecurity rely on donated food at pantries to help them stretch their budget. Please help by donating one or non-perishable items. Please check the expiration date and all items. Unsweetened and low-sodium products are appreciated. To view the list of items. HPA ENTERTAINMENT- SHOW TICKETS We have approximately 150 seats left for LOU GAZARRA and approximately 45 seats left for TURNSTILES. SARGE is SOLD OUT. If you’re thinking about purchasing tickets to the two remaining shows, don’t procrastinate too much longer. These tickets will go on sale to the Public on October 6th, and they will sell out. SATELLITE POOL RENOVATION This week, Ainsworth Aquatics provided an update on the North Pool renovation. Among other repairs being done, the gutter wall is being rebuilt after eroded cement and steel rebar were found.
