| Good Morning Residents, CLUBHOUSE – CARD ROOMS For your convenience and to help reduce overcrowding in some of the card rooms, beginning Monday, February 9, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., eight (8) tables with chairs will be set up in the Pre-Function room for cards and Mahjong. The room will be available during these hours only. As a friendly reminder, food and drinks are not permitted in the room. Bottled water is the only beverage allowed. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you enjoy your time playing. CAFE – NEW SEAFOOD LUNCH MENU To view this new menu, click on the button below. BINGO TONIGHT – 7:00 P. M. – CLUBHOUSE BALLROOM Please arrive by 6:30 p.m. to purchase your cards and markers. Friends and family members are welcome to this event. All money taken in is returned to participants as prizes. You must be 18 or over. NORTH POOL We had hoped that the renovation of the North Pool would be completed by now and that it would be open for use. Unfortunately, there are still a few remaining items on the punchlist that need to be addressed. In addition, the cold weather that we are currently experiencing has made it difficult for the pool heaters to consistently maintain the proper water temperature. Our goal is to open the pool as soon as possible once these issues are resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to complete the final details. CONCERT SERIES – DANCE ALIVE – February 11, 2026 Wednesday night’s show will start promptly at 8:00 p.m. Seating will begin at 7:15 p.m. Please have your tickets available for entry into the theater. If you use a walker, please tag it with your name and seat number, and an Usher will assist you. Tickets are still available for this show, which can be purchased at the Box Office on Tuesday, February 10th, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. MATURE DRIVERS COURSE – FEBRUARY 12, 2026 If you are registered for this class, please arrive by 8:50 a.m. The class will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. in the Ballroom. Bring your check, made payable to the Alliance of Delray Residential Association, for $15.00, along with a pen to fill out your certificate. This is a (4) four-hour class. There will be a short break at 11:30. You may bring a small snack. GALENTINES DAY TEA – SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2026 We are excited to host our First Ladies-only event from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. This celebration is designed to bring the ladies of our community together in a spirit of friendship and appreciation. Tickets are still available to purchase at One Stop Shopping. ONE STOP SHOPPING – MONDAYS/WEDNESDAYS – 9:30 – 11:30 They are located on the lower level of the Clubhouse in card room #1.
