HPA BOD FEBRUARY 24, 2026 MEETING – SUMMARY The HPA Board approved the following motions: To ratify the Insurance proposal from IOA with a $5000 deductible at the cost of $330, 257 effective March 1, 2026. Property coverage renews May 15, 2026. To adopt a Board Resolution to prohibit open and concealed carrying of firearms on HPA common ground. NORTH POOL The chrome railings at the North Pool were cleaned again, but the dark staining persists. They were examined by the manufacturer and will be replaced under their warranty. WEST POOL Concrete reinforced walls have been poured, and the new second stairway into the pool has been filled. Tile work has begun and will continue through next week. The coping has been measured for the new stone cap, which is being fabricated this week. LIFESTYLE CORRECTION – SNOWBIRDS PLUS Please be advised that the correct date for the Wayne Barnes lecture at the Snowbirds Plus scheduled meeting is Tuesday, March 10th, at 11:30 am in the ballroom. Kindly take special note of the meeting time. PICKLEBALL/TENNIS COURTS We are still in the Pre-Permit stage with the PBC Zoning Department. We’ve said this many times before. This part takes the longest.
