HPA FOOD DRIVE We invite all residents to participate in our food drive, taking place from October 1st through November 1st. Your generous donation of non-perishable food items can make a meaningful difference for local families and seniors experiencing food insecurity, helping provide much-needed support and stretch their grocery budgets. All items can be dropped off at the Clubhouse lobby. HPA WINTER SHOWS – BOX OFFICE AND ONLINE TICKET SALES FIVE SHOW PACKAGE AND SINGLE TICKETS Tickets will be sold as a 5-show package along with individual show tickets for residents only, on Monday, October 5th from 9:00 am until 12:30 pm. They will be available to purchase at the box office and on our website under show tickets. Package holders will have the same seats for all five shows. A maximum of two tickets per unit/per show will be permitted. We only accept checks or credit cards. If you are paying by check, make your check payable in advance to HPA. A Password will be required to purchase tickets online. Do Not call the clubhouse for the password. The Password for online sales will be sent out via E-blast to all residents on Sunday, October 4th at 3:00 pm. We will have resident volunteers at the Clubhouse to help those who wish to purchase tickets online. These shows are expected to sell out quickly. Early purchase is strongly encouraged. FIRE PREVENTION WEEK – OCTOBER 4th – OCTOBER 10th Fire prevention week serves as an important reminder that being prepared saves lives. Take a few minutes to review your home safety measures, especially smoke and carbon monoxide detection systems. Every home should have working smoke alarms inside each bedroom and outside the sleeping area. If you live in a Villa and haven’t already done so, you should consider installing carbon monoxide detectors. Each device should be tested monthly and have batteries replaced as needed.
