Parking Rules

Huntington Pointe Association Inc. utilizes odd/even side-of-the-street parking.

During odd-numbered months (January, March, May, etc.), parking will be permitted on the odd side of the road.

During even-numbered months (February, April, June, etc.), parking will be permitted on the even side of the road.

No overnight street parking

Handicap parking spaces are strictly limited to those with handicap plates or placards as per federal and state statutes.

All vehicles parked on common property or community areas must be properly
registered, display a current license plate or tag, be insured, may not be leaking any
fluids, and may not be inoperable or constitute a risk to life safety or property.

Resident vehicles may be passenger cars, SUVs, minivans, or small pickup trucks with
passenger plates. Pickup trucks may have beds no longer than five feet, seven inches.
Resident vehicles may not include the following: cargo vans, vehicles more than 20 feet in total length, vehicles with oversized tires or suspension, double rear tires, or equipment fixed to the vehicle (e.g., ladder racks, fuel/water tanks, etc.). Commercial logos (or other advertising) are not permitted on any resident vehicle.
