Parking Rules
Huntington Pointe Association Inc. utilizes odd/even side-of-the-street parking.
During odd-numbered months (January, March, May, etc.), parking will be permitted on the odd side of the road.
During even-numbered months (February, April, June, etc.), parking will be permitted on the even side of the road.
No overnight street parking
Handicap parking spaces are strictly limited to those with handicap plates or placards as per federal and state statutes.
All vehicles parked on common property or community areas must be properly registered, display a current license plate or tag, be insured, may not be leaking any fluids, and may not be inoperable or constitute a risk to life safety or property.
Resident vehicles may be passenger cars, SUVs, minivans, or small pickup trucks with passenger plates. Pickup trucks may have beds no longer than five feet, seven inches.
Resident vehicles may not include the following: cargo vans, vehicles more than 20 feet in total length, vehicles with oversized tires or suspension, double rear tires, or equipment fixed to the vehicle (e.g., ladder racks, fuel/water tanks, etc.). Commercial logos (or other advertising) are not permitted on any resident vehicle.
No parking or driving on grass.
No parking on the clubhouse ramp and the painted stamped concrete under the Porte-cochère.
Guest must park in guest parking spaces
No boats, car carrying trailers, boat trailers, motorcycles, motor scooters, go karts, or motorbikes may enter HP or park on HP property.
Resident vehicles may not include the following: cargo vans; vehicles more than 20 feet in total length; vehicles with over-sized tires or suspension, with double rear tires, or with equipment fixed to the vehicle (e.g., ladder racks, fuel/water tanks, etc.). Commercial logos (or other advertising) are not permitted on any resident vehicle.
Vendor trucks are permitted into the community with prior announcement to the HPA gate. Please check the Phase Rules for moving van information for that phase.
House trailers, with express permission of the HA Property Manager, may be parked in the theater side of the Clubhouse parking lot for a maximum of three days with permission from Management. Visitors with pickup trucks must also park in that area.
Vehicles parked adjacent to first floor Units in Phases II and IV may not back into a parking space (to avoid exhaust vapors from seeping into living areas). Please check Phases II and IV rules regarding backing into covered parking spaces.
HPA has the right to authorize the towing of any vehicle(s) in violation of these HPA Rules and Regulations or any other HPA governing documents with the costs to be borne by the owner or violator.
