Anyone who wishes to speak will be acknowledged after any written questions and will have a maximum of three (3) minutes to speak.
When submitting a question, clearly identify yourself (First/Last name and Phase).
We will monitor the Q&A section and will read out unique questions.

A Board member will monitor speaking time
Questions and comments must remain on-topic. All other questions can be addressed during the Open Forum.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner.
Personal attacks or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
The Board reserves the right to ask the participant who violates these guidelines to leave and if they do not comply and/or the behavior continues the Board may adjourn the meeting.
