The court has ordered Huntington Pointe Association to participate in mediation to resolve the above lawsuits before it goes to trial. Mediation is scheduled for today at 10:00am. If we cannot settle today, trial is scheduled to start on Monday August 19, 2024.

BOARD MEETING – NEW PROCEDURES
Our July 15th meeting was one of yelling, shouting and residents being disrespectful to Board members. We will not be experiencing that type of meeting again. We had several complaints from residents on zoom who indicated that they had their hands up and were passed over. At our meeting on Monday, we will be implementing a new procedure. CAFE
The cafe is opened everyday from 8:00am to 2:00pm. You can call the cafe @ 561-563-7770 to order your meals to take out. Looking for something for dinner, they have grab and go meals available daily.
SPA
The vendor has been working on this area all week. Today the electrician is starting to pull the electrical lines to the spa. They hope to be able to fill the spa next week and call for another inspection.

There will be volunteers to assist those who use walkers. Please mark your walker with your name and seat number.
Tickets can be purchased for this show at the box office from 6:30pm till 7:45pm. Tickets are $10.00 each. Please have your check made out to the HPA. Please remember our theater etiquette of NO SHORTS.
HPA WINTER SHOWS
Tickets are available for purchase at the box office and on line for the Beatlemanix USA and Elton John “Rocketman” shows.
BOARD GAMES WANTED
There are many residents who would like to play board games at the clubhouse. We are looking for donated games that are in good condition. If you have games to donate you can drop them off at the clubhouse reception desk. We are looking for the following: Checkers, Chess, Scrabble, Monopoly, Clue, Trivia Pursuit, Dominoes, Chinese Checkers, , Uno Phase 10, Uno, Rummikub, Sorry, Boggle, Othello, Mandala, Backgammon , Parcheesi. We are also looking for full decks of cards.
