Campbell Management will have a skeleton staff on site Thursday & Friday. The next TTP will be on December 6, 2024. HPA SPECIAL PRESENTATION – PBC SHERIFFS VAST TEAM Please join us on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 10:00am in our ballroom. The Volunteers Against Scams Team will be here to educate residents about SCAM prevention. To view their flyer click on the button below. CLUBHOUSE The main doors open automatically. Do Not Pull on the handles. The Steam rooms are open. Card room tables may not be reserved or held. Tablecloths need to be used when playing tile games to reduce the noise and protect the tabletops. The reception desk has tablecloths. You may borrow a tablecloth and then return it after your game. LANDSCAPING The planting of flowers has begun in the Common areas, in front of the Clubhouse and Cafe. The old shrubs and plants around the Main Outdoor Pool have been removed. Maximum Landscaping is in the process of putting in the new shrubs and plants. A Additional palm trees had to be added as required by the PBC Landscaping Department. CAFE – CLOSED THANKSGIVING DAY THANKSGIVING BUFFET DINNER – 11/28/2024 Dinner will be served in the clubhouse ballroom starting at 5:00pm for those who have reservations. HPA BOD MEETING NOVEMBER 18, 2024 – SUMMARY The Board approved the following motions: To accept the HPA Committee Procedures. To formalize the rules regarding Gate Access Barcodes. Wayne Goodman gave an update on the Satellite Pools, Tennis & Pickleball Courts. The entire meeting is available for your viewing on our website. FITNESS STUDIO – CHAIR ZUMBA Special class tomorrow morning at 10:00am. WATER AEROBICS As the weather starts to get colder, it is important to be aware of how water aerobics classes are scheduled at HP. To view the policy click on the button below. GYM – SPECIAL SESSION – DECEMBER 9th – DECEMBER 14th. There will be a Trainer in the gym from 10:00am to 4:00pm for one week to instruct residents on the proper use of the equipment. MAINTENANCE BUILDING – Interior Walls have been primed & painting has begun. – Grid and lights are being installed. – Ductwork has been completed. – Preparations are being made to install the sidewalk. – DC Construction will not be on site for their two day Thanksgiving Holiday (Thursday & Friday).
