POOLS Symbiont informed us yesterday, the compressors for the East and North pools will be delayed from the manufacturer. They will not be available until sometime the second or third week in February. CAFE The cafe is open from 8am – 3pm Monday – Sunday. They have prepared dinners, soups and desserts to go. You can call the cafe at 561-563-7770 to place an order for pickup. Daily specials are posted on the board outside the cafe. HPA BOD MEETING JANUARY 15, 2024 – SUMMARY A Motion to raise the Community Contribution for new residents to $3,500 effective March 1, 2024 was tabled by the board till next month. Norman Berk, will be doing a comparison study on Community Contribution at other communities which he will present to the board next month. This increase only affects new residents who are purchasing a unit for the first time in HP. CARD ROOMS Please remember that all tables need to be covered. We have table covers available for your use at the front desk. BINGO TONIGHT – 7PM – BALLROOM Please arrive no later than 6:30 to purchase your cards. We now have a new supply of Markers for sale at $1.25 ea. BOX OFFICE HOURS MONDAY – 11:30am – 1:30pm WEDNESDAY – 9:30am – 11:30am CONCERT SERIES Residents who are attending these shows, please do not throw the programs on the floor. Wednesday night we found them in every aisle. DO NOT ENTER SIGNS When the sign is on the door “Class in Session Do Not Enter”, it means that the class should not be interrupted by the opening of the door. Please have consideration and DO NOT open the door. It is distracting to the instructor and the class in session. MOVIES – TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS – 3:30pm & 7:30pm The February movie list is available on our website. You still need your regular I.D. Pass for the Gatehouse and Movies. We are working on the Club Events Calendar. THEATER ARTS If you like to sing, dance or act, HP Theater Arts needs you for their 2025 show. Their next audition is Monday, January 22nd from 1pm – 2:30pm in the clubhouse theater. ONE STOP SHOPPING – MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 9:30am – 11:30am They are located in card room #1 on the clubhouse lower lobby. You can purchase (checks only) tickets to the Clubs and Organizations events, become a member or pay your current dues.
