Good Morning Residents,

FEBRUARY IS AN EVEN MONTH
PLEASE PARK ON THE EVEN NUMBERED SIDE OF THE STREET. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING FROM 2AM – 6AM.

CLUBHOUSE – ZOOM & A/C
We are waiting for the zoom vendor to give us an installation date. Once the installation is complete, we will resume our Board meetings in the clubhouse.
As soon as we raised the temperature the “ITS TOO HOT” started. We are not going to be able to please everyone, but we will keep trying.  We are still working on adjusting the temperature to a comfortable level. Patience please.

CAFE – 8am – 3pm MONDAY – SUNDAY
As you enjoy your meals, please be mindful of those residents who are waiting to enjoy the same experience. Thinking about what’s for dinner? You can take it out from the cafe along with soup and dessert from their TO GO display.

AED/CPR CLASS – THURSDAY FEBRUARY 8th @10am
For every minute without intervention, the chance of survival drops for a person experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. CPR/AED training improves someone’s chance of surviving when bystanders take prompt action. Please join us for this free class given by the PBC Fire Department in our ballroom. Register at the Clubhouse Front Desk.

LIGHT BLUE CARD REFUNDS
We are in the process of preparing 150 refund checks for those residents that have a balance on these cards. Starting Monday, residents whose checks are ready will be sent an email to pickup and sign for their check at the clubhouse. Please do not ask the receptionist if your check is ready. We will contact you.

CROWN REDUCTION TREE TRIMMING
Weather permitting Maximum Landscaping will start this process on Wednesday,
February 7th on Royal Manor Court. This process is for certain trees that are next to the Villa Driveways and Buildings. This trimming is done to bring the canopies down for wind resistance, clearance and sunlight. This also gets rid of the branches that are susceptible to break.

BINGO – TONIGHT – 7PM – BALLROOM
Please arrive no later than 6:30pm to purchase your cards. All monies taken in are returned as prizes. We have markers available for $1.25ea.

MOVIES – SCHEDULE CHANGE
No Hard Feelings will be shown on Tuesday, February 6th.
Waitress the Musical will be shown on Tuesday, February 13th.

SPANISH CLASS                                                                                                                                                                                                              
Laila Petruzziello will be teaching conversational Spanish starting on Friday February 9th at 12 noon. Classes will be held in the Pre-function room. If you have any questions,  please email her @ HPSpanishone@gmail.com.

ONE STOP SHOPPING –  MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 9:30am – 11:30am
They are located in Card Room #1 on the lower level of the clubhouse. You can purchase (checks only) tickets to the Clubs and Organizations events, become a member or pay your current dues.
